PopulationsAre you or your child having difficulties? I provide psychotherapy that addresses numerous concerns facing children, adults, families, including military personnel, and the LGBT community. I specialize in trauma, adoption, depression and anxiety, adjusting to transitions, spirituality, and mindfulness. I can provide the safety, support, and encouragement you or your child needs in a non-judgemental environment.
Objective
Psychotherapy allows us to embrace our difficulties and arrive at healthy solutions. It is a relationship that focuses on the entire experience of living, making space to feel and slow down. Make a commitment to yourself to explore your challenges and strengths, slowing down and making time...just for you, because you matter.
First Appointment
Remember to bring your intake paperwork, driver's license, and insurance card. Have a seat in the lobby and I will be out shortly to get you. During our first session we will go over your paperwork and determine what goals you want to achieve by coming to psychotherapy. This is a good time to ask me any questions about what to expect.
